Sarp-azienda

MISSION & VISION

OUR MISSION?

Make available the know-how acquired in 30 years of activity to the customers, to create plants for the production of pasta and spiral conveyor belts that are totally custom-made and innovative.

OUR VISION?

Guarantee the maximum yield with the lowest possible consumption. How? We combine technological functionality with mechanical durability and minimize the need for machinery maintenance.

OUR STORY

We were born as a family business in 1986 in Veneto, Italy, between the medieval towns of Cittadella and Castelfranco.

The founders, Giovanni and Stefano Salvalaggio passed to the next generation Alessandra, Alberto, Matteo, and Nicola the idea of a company destined to export the Made in Italy innovation to the world.

Over the years we have grown: from a small-medium business we have become a modern and international organization and with our family values at the center.

4,000 square meters of production site in Italy, relationships in 109 countries, 200,000 kg of pasta produced every hour with our machinery, 250,000 meters of spirals made, 4,000 projects designed each year.

These are our numbers: today we are an international leader in the production of machinery for the food industry.

LEADER IN THE PRODUCTION OF MACHINES FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

We have 2 divisions in the company: one relating to pasta machines, the other to spirals for the food processing thermal treatment.

Pasta Machinery Division:
machines for fresh, dry, pre-cooked pasta, gnocchi, and lasagna.

Spiral Belt Conveyors Division:
for bakery, food, and non-food products.

Sarp Lab and the Design Office work in synergy in the Italian headquarter to design each component of our machinery.

SARP LAB
OUR APPROACH TO THE PRODUCT STARTS FROM A SPECIFIC POINT OF VIEW: YOURS.

At Sarp, we offer tailor-made technologies, based on the analysis of the production’s needs and specific technical characteristics. The continuous updating of our technological innovations (food and non-food) is an integral part of our job.

Thanks to the Sarp Lab Research & Development Center within the company, we carry out all the in-house possible tests to verify during each design stage:

  • Forcefulness
  • Elasticity
  • Duration over time

All data are treated with the utmost respect for privacy and used exclusively to make each project efficient from a production and energy point of view.

We are also at the customer's side remotely, to provide updates on the technological components, temperature measurements, and production progress charts.
