We have chosen to participate in the Cibus Tec 2019 show, among the others events of the year, to highlight our technologies in food processing.

We will present our spiral conveyors suitable for all food processes, such as pasteurization and freezing, where special attention and knowledge are required. Not by chance, we have chosen hall 5 dedicated to fruit and vegetables, not to limit the areas in which our spirals are applied, but to show that we are specialists in food processes systems.

Our spiral plants range from industrial pasteurization, to cooling, to freezing of fruit and vegetable-based products, with the use of different treatment systems, such as water or air. Spiral conveyor belts, developed in height, are often inserted into existing lines and are aimed at implementing production.

As specialists in food processing, we exhibit one of the 4 spirals in a cooling system for fruit desserts.

The spiral in question has a plastic belt with a low entry and a high exit, which will connect with the next cooling spiral. The plant has a production capacity of 2600 kg / h.

Spiral conveyor belts are not limited to the fruit and vegetable sector, but cover several other fields in food processing such as meat, bakery, dairy products, pasta and fish. In each of these, our technologies can satisfy the needs of customers by developing customized systems, designed and tested for the required food processing.
