COOKER FOR FILLED PASTA The machine consists of two different areas for cooking/pre-cooking and cooling the products and it is developed to serve 800 kg/h of gnocchi, ravioli, pierogi and more. 
The machines are completely made in stainless steel, equipped with all systems for steam, washing and lubricating device (to avoid products stuck)
Long shelf-life and fresh looking without a greyish tinge.
FREEZING SPIRAL BELT CONVEYOR Freezing towers are the best system to extend the shelf life of food. Great flexibility and customization of the plant allow you to convey your products from one side to the other side. Versatility and reliability are the most evident features of the freezers.  Special belt in stainless steel studied for having flexibility in every direction and PATENTED belt drive system for a dragging system to reduce the friction of the belt.
