SARP, through its Pastamaster division, specialized in the design and production of pasta machinery, is pleased to announce that starting in March 2025, our new cooking system will be available to see live at our headquarters.
This system has been specifically developed for cooking dry pasta and Spätzle, the traditional regional pasta with a soft consistency, ensuring a uniform, efficient cooking process with precise control over cooking parameters.
Thanks to the flexible design of Pastamaster by SARP, this technology can be adapted for other production needs, offering a customized solution for different pasta formats or other food products requiring a controlled and precise thermal process.
✔ Pillow-Plates: The heating system uses Pillow-Plates directly applied to the tank, ensuring uniform heat distribution, better temperature control, and significantly reduced energy consumption.
✔ Ultrasonic Cleaning System: An integrated ultrasonic system minimizes scaling and optimizes tank cleaning, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
✅ Stainless steel structure with a 6000 x 1000 mm cooking tank (AISI 316 interior), designed for durability and corrosion resistance.
✅ Internal plate heat exchanger, providing even and rapid heating, optimizing production startup times.
✅ High-pressure pump for cooking water recirculation, ensuring uniform thermal treatment and reducing water waste.
✅ Insulated stainless steel lid, with an automatic lifting system and steam extraction hood, for a safer working environment and lower energy consumption.
✅ AISI 316 stainless steel conveyor belt with paddles, designed to ensure gentle and uniform product transport.
✅ BRUSHLESS motor with SEW reducer, providing precision, reliability, and lower energy consumption.
✅ Production capacity up to 400 kg/h of dry pasta, with adjustable cooking time from 2 to 13 minutes, adapting to different product requirements.
