It was a unique chance to see our two production divisions side by side: food thermal processes and pasta production.
Throughout these days, participants had the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of our innovative solutions, including the advanced bi-directional cooling spiral for the thermal treatment of bakery products (particularly small dry pastries) and our SP700 stainless steel press. These cutting-edge technologies reflect our commitment to pushing the boundaries of efficiency and quality in food processing.
