Production and freezing line for filled pasta

Sarp realizes the PRODUCTION AND FREEZING LINE FOR FILLED PASTA (pelmeni, vareniki, tortellini, ravioli, ...). The production includes the mixer and the automatic shuttles to transfer the dough to the forming machines. A handling system moves the products from the production area to the treatment area. For the freezing section, a spiral freezer is applied inside an insulated room. The system reaches temperatures down to -40 ° C and is developed in such a way as to allow the products to freeze first on the surface and then in the filling.

At the end of this thermal process, the product is ready to be packed following the distribution procedure. The shelf life of the filled pasta packaged with this processing method is 1 year.

Depending on the customer's needs, the line can be modified to adapt the production freezing process to specific products’ needs and to safeguard the production space.

The shuttles for handling and conveying the product represent an automatic system that can be designed according to the customer's needs.
