The whole range of the plant for dry short-cut pasta includes:
a press, a shaker, a pre-dryer and a dryer. In the semi-automatic line there is a pre-drying shaker, an automatic stacker can possibly be used for the trays coming out from the shaker and dryers will be static model (with trolleys and trays). The automatic line, instead, provides for a shaker, a conveyor belt pre-dryer and there will be a continuous dryer with conveyor belts at different levels.
Regional typical pasta can also be produced, such as orecchiette and garganelli, as well as coloured pasta and particular egg pasta simply by adding different types of accessories according to the necessity.
